Location : On-Site - Green Bay, WI

Summary :

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) milling machines and lathes to ensure consistent, high-quality production. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications to perform accurate machine setups and machining operations. Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to uphold tight tolerances and quality standards. Manage tooling changes, program loading, and adjustments to feeds, speeds, and offsets while troubleshooting issues as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with 5S and safety protocols. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to drive continuous improvement and machining efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines and lathes , ensuring consistent, high-quality output.

Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of a team of CNC machinists on 2nd shift, ensuring production goals and quality standards are met. \n

Qualifications

\n Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on experience in CNC machining and setup with mills and lathes.
