Sushi Chef – Trapper's Sushi (Puyallup)
Pay : $19.00 – $22.00 per hour base +tips / DOE
Trapper's Sushi is looking to grow our team with a new Sushi Chef! As one of the Pacific Northwest's most desired dining destinations, our mission is to learn our customers' names, provide outstanding food and service, and leave our guests craving more.
What You'll Do
Roll, cut, and prepare high-quality sushi and menu items
Deliver an exceptional guest experience, especially at the sushi bar
Ensure food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards are met
Maintain a clean, organized station and complete opening / closing duties
Collaborate with teammates and uphold all TRAPCHK core values
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Sushi Chef, Roller, or restaurant cook
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and speed
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Washington State Food Worker Card (required before first day)
