What We Are Looking For

The Support Coordinatoris responsible for efficiently and effectively supporting the Safety Department with administrative record keeping needs. The Safety Coordinator will also be responsible for assisting with the coordination of different tasks and initiatives throughout the Safety Department.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Perform standard administrative tasks as required.
  • Processing safety related records gathered during the field new hire process.
  • Attend Safety Department related meetings, take notes & manage the completion of follow-up items needed.
  • Assist with supporting, scheduling and coordinating with employees for training classes that require employees from more than one work location to attend.
  • Create and provide weekly summary reports requested by the Safety Director.
  • Assist with auditing weekly time sheets of full-time and contracted safety team members.
  • Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements for Safety Team members as needed.

Incident Tracker Management Responsibilities

  • Organize & Maintain jobsite incident documentation & enter information onto the companys incident tracker.
  • Track billing from the companys 3rd Party Nurse Triage Service (AXIS-CARE) for appropriate job site billings.
  • Communicate AXIS-CARE care plan updates to site level Safety Team members for their corresponding locations.
  • Assist the Safety Director with calculating incident KPIs.
  • Safety Department Support Responsibilities

  • Maintain statistics collected on the companys safety observation portal, help with the identification of potential trends.
  • Assist the Safety Director with gathering of price quotes from Safety Equipment vendors & Safety Consulting companys.
  • Support the Safety Director with on-going policy & supporting document revisions.
  • Update site specific information on the companys safety management portal of QuickBase.
  • Assist the Safety Director & Safety Managers with revising and developing Power Point Trainings.
  • Assist with translating training materials into Spanish using AI.
  • Contact potential Lighthouse Electric Sub-Contractors and request Safety Pre-Qualification documentation needed. Submit Pre-Qualification documentation onto the company's Vendor Management App.
