Job Description
As a Unarmed Security Officer - Retail Site in High Point, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a welcoming environment for all visitors. Your presence and routine patrols contribute to a secure atmosphere, while your commitment to exceptional customer service and communication reflects our company's values of reliability, agility, and teamwork. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
