Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Chicago, IL. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, financial performance, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities will also include developing and executing business strategies, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining the venue’s vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The General Manager will play a key role in fostering teamwork, leading by example, and driving business growth. Need to have fun. throw a party, Book parties and have an amazing social network.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills

Need to be able to hire and train the right people, fun energetic and outgoing , CHARISMA

The candidate should have all the attributes themselves.

Should be able to drive sales and book parties. Daily, Weekly Monthly , Yearly

If staff does not help drive sales you need to be able to let them go.

Have experience doing outreach to book parties.

Experience with financial oversight, including budgeting, scheduling, and profitability analysis

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with staff and guests

Knowledge of inventory management, operational efficiency, and compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and handling high-pressure situations

Background in hospitality, food and beverage management, or related fields

Proficiency in POS systems and basic office software

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is a plus

Compensation

Base salary of $55k-65k based on experience. Bonuses should be $24k minimum a year with no ceiling.
