Job Summary : As a Physical Therapist at Trinity Rehab - Out-Patient Physical Therapy, you will play a crucial role in helping patients restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing customized treatment plans, and implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall well-being and quality of life for our patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and education.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on the treatment process, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with advancements in the field.

We offer a generous and comprehensive compensation package including :

Pay : $80,000 - $102,000 based on experience
