A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who will support the recruitment and hiring processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Perform recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates

Draft employment ads and identify external sources for recruiting qualified applicants

Analyze recruitment and retention results and coordinate new hire onboarding programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition

Technically savvy with knowledge of social media and applicant tracking systems
