  • Shift / Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (core business hours)

    • Job Summary :

    The Loan Operation Representative provides administrative and data management support within a leading North American bank's loan servicing division . This position focuses on managing loan documentation, performing data entry, and maintaining accuracy in financial records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of learning new systems quickly in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform administrative and data entry tasks to support loan servicing operations.
  • Review and process loan documentation accurately.
  • Maintain organized digital and paper records for compliance and reporting.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and updating loan information.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and process compliance.
  • Learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and procedures quickly.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all data handling activities.

    • Required Experience :

  • 0-2 years of administrative or operations support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems.
  • Demonstrated data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills .

    • Nice-to-Have Experience :

  • Knowledge of loan documentation and related compliance processes.
  • Background in banking or financial services .
  • Experience with LoanServe , Encompass , or similar systems.
  • Basic tax knowledge helpful.
