Compensation : Starting at $235,000 / year

Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Associate to join its well-established Real Estate Practice Group in Phoenix. This is an excellent opportunity to work with experienced attorneys representing a diverse range of clients, including commercial lenders, private developers, major landowners, and companies with real estate interests.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and support a variety of commercial real estate transactions.

Represent lenders, developers, and corporate clients in matters including property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.

Draft and negotiate real estate transaction documents such as purchase agreements, loan documents, and leases.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless closings.

Conduct due diligence and support complex real estate projects from start to finish.

Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years of experience handling transactional commercial real estate matters.

Demonstrated understanding of commercial real estate law and practice.

Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently.

Excellent academic credentials, legal writing, and communication skills.

Licensed or immediately eligible for admission to the Arizona Bar.

Professional, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
