Your role

Do you have practical securities law knowledge and experience regarding the issuance and sale of structured products? Or do you have practical fund and structured finance knowledge and experience? Are you well-organized, a critical thinker, excited to learn new things, and a strong communicator? Are you able to maintain an even demeanor while juggling multiple projects under tight timelines? Are you able to counsel the firm's funds on a range of complex issues and timely close transactions? We're looking for an attorney like this to : Give advice regarding bilateral and syndicated fund and structured finance facilities, such as term and revolving credit agreements and variable funding notes secured by direct or indirect interests in private funds, private companies or loan support the business teams through all stages of a transaction, from inception to execution, collaborate with colleagues from Legal and different control functions in the US and globally.

Detailed salary information :

• New York : the salary range for this role is $176,000 to $229,000

The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is / are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. This role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.

Your team

You are responsible for advising our business colleagues on legal and regulatory issues in connection with structured lending transactions secured by interests in hedge or private equity funds, private companies or loans, as well as loan trading. You will, fund finance, structured finance and loan trading). Our team is based in New York, NY, but we are open to considering deeply experienced and self-motivated candidates from other US locations who seek opportunities to work remotely.
