Job Title : P6 Scheduler – Refinery Maintenance & Turnaround

Location : Lima, OH

Contract Type : Long-term Contract

Pay : $75–$80 / hour + $150 / day per diem

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to support long-term scheduling needs at a refinery in Lima, OH. The Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing detailed schedules for operational maintenance and shutdown / turnaround activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for daily maintenance and long-term shutdown / turnaround events using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and project teams to align schedules with plant priorities.
• Track progress, update schedules, and provide accurate forecasting of timelines and resource requirements.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support planning and execution teams by producing reports and schedule analyses for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with refinery safety and operational standards.
