Job Description

As a Block Maker, you’ll play a vital role in our ceramic core production process by forming and loading support blocks used in high-heat furnace operations. This is a physically demanding role in a production environment that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

The base salary for this position is $20.10 / hr. (train on 1st for $18),, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
