American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN with a TX or compact RN license and recent specialty experience for night shifts.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

Work in a free-standing emergency department setting

Night shift schedule from 6 : 30 PM to 6 : 30 AM

13-week travel assignment

Patient population consists of emergency and urgent care cases

Role is located in a hospital-affiliated freestanding emergency department

Responsibilities include providing acute emergency nursing care to a wide spectrum of patients

Must provide documentation of US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration

All certifications must remain valid through the first 30 days of assignment

Previous experience in a free-standing ER setting is strongly preferred

Active TX or compact RN license required

Minimum 1 year of recent experience in emergency nursing

Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required

Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification or accepted equivalent required for ER units

No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
