Be a direct part of the sustainable green energy revolution! Coffman Engineers is involved in a significant amount of alternative energy and industrial projects including Green Hydrogen generation and refueling, large Wind / Solar / Battery Storage projects, biomass, Carbon Capture Utilization and Sequestration projects, as well as industrial projects and these teams need more help! We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with a minimum 10 years of experience, who wants to work and grow as a team player within our progressive multi-discipline firm. Ideal applicants will be well versed in all aspects of mechanical design and project management of industrial oil and gas, petrochemical, pipeline, and industrial power related facilities. The desired individual should be comfortable consulting to owners and general contractors and have a desire to work as part of a multi-discipline engineering team.

Compensation and Benefits :

• Approximate Base Salary – 130k-180k based on experience
• Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate
• Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company / team / personal performance
• Hybrid Work Schedule  (subject to change)
• 401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching for 9% Employee Contribution
