Sales Engineer (Trainee Program) (Solon)

Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive on-site training to understand our companys medical device technologies, including X-ray flat panel detectors and related imaging systems.
• Support factory and field engineers in equipment testing, troubleshooting, and calibration.
• Provide technical support to customers, assisting with installation, product demonstration, and after-sales service.
• Work closely with R&D and production teams to understand system design, circuit principles, and hardware assembly.
• Gradually develop communication and solution-oriented skills for customer-facing roles.
• After approximately 1-2 years of technical and business development training, transition into a full-time Sales Engineer role, responsible for regional customer engagement and technical solution promotion.
