Summary
The Safety Specialist ensures that all Haydon job sites remain focused on completing projects in a safe manner.

Qualifications
Education and / or Experience
Bachelors degree, or three to five years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and safety programs. Thorough understanding of construction execution and risk. This position is expected to be self-starting and disciplined in managing deliverables. This position requires working with minimal supervision.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. This position drives on behalf of the company.
