Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented iOS and Android engineers to foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback to help the team members grow and learn.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define and deliver impactful mobile experiences.
• Keep a day-one mindset, challenge the existing and keep an open mindset in the team
• Stay engrossed in the product, tech and architecture details to create a feasible development plan (in high quality)
• Lead operational excellence to deliver highly available, mobile experiences with utmost attention to quality, security, and performance metrics
• Manage risks and dependencies effectively, remove roadblocks, handle pivots and scope changes
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is :

Bay Area California $213,500 - $288,500

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit : Careers | Benefits ). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
