Base pay range

$56.00 / hr - $66.00 / hr

Responsibilities

• Designing and refining layouts, illustrations, and graphics for the development of the Priorities Report 2026 initiative
• Iterating on designs based on feedback from team. Collaborating with research team, design lead, and developers
• Communicating with authors including live meetings and asynchronous messaging to manage workflow and design iterations effectively
• Work within a production-ready environment with clean source files and deliverables (multiple file types)

Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
