Your New Role

Based in Sarasota, FL, you’ll :

Lead installation of residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems

Ensure all installs meet or exceed manufacturer and code specifications

Train, mentor, and oversee installation assistants or apprentices

Perform start-ups and verify system performance

Maintain clean, organized, and safe worksites

Provide exceptional customer interaction and answer client questions about new systems

Collaborate closely with the install coordinator and warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate installations

EPA Universal Certification (required)

5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

Strong leadership and crew management skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

Proven track record of high-quality, efficient installations

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to work full-time, with flexibility for occasional overtime

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
