Technical Lead

A company is looking for a Technical Lead to own architecture and integration for a cloud-native clinical decision support platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead FHIR, SMART on FHIR, and CDS Hooks integrations with VA EHR systems

Define and drive system architecture and microservices approach for the platform

Champion DevSecOps, CI / CD, and containerization practices across frontend and backend teams

Required Qualifications

Hands-on FHIR and API integration experience in complex environments

Experience integrating with VA EHR systems such as VistA / CPRS or Oracle Health preferred

Proficiency with AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker

Bachelor's degree

Authorized to work in the United States; U.S. citizenship may be required for certain roles
