We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead building operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance across our warehouse facilities.
This role serves as the primary contact for all facility-related needs and plays a key part in ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the single point of contact for all buildings and coordinate with service providers.
Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire systems.
Manage and program system; track maintenance logs and documentation.
Ensure facilities remain operational during inclement weather and other emergencies.
Integrated Pest Management efforts and analyze inspection trends.
Schedule and oversee contractors, maintenance projects, and daily work assignments.
Manage expense budgets, purchasing, and vendor contracts; monitor project quality and accuracy of invoices.
Train maintenance staff and contractors on facility requirements.
Enforce safety, security, and sanitation standards throughout warehouse operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a warehouse environment
Strong knowledge of operational and quality assurance procedures and industry regulations.
OSHA certification and familiarity with food safety standards preferred.
Hands-on knowledge of warehouse equipment and facility systems.
Ability to work flexible hours to support operational needs.
