Location : Wayne, PA (Hybrid, onsite 3 days every week)

Job Overview

As a Test Automation Lead, your role entails designing, implementing, and upholding automated

solutions and procedures to enhance testing efficiency, quality, and reliability within the

organization. You will oversee various test automation projects, collaborating with cross-

functional teams to ensure the seamless development and integration of test automation tools

and solutions throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities & Skill Required :

5+ years of experience in devising automation strategies and crafting test automation

frameworks tailored to the organization's unique requirements.

Proficiency in programming languages, particularly C#, for software development and

automation scripting.

Develop and maintain automated scripts, software applications, and control algorithms to

manage and oversee automated equipment and processes.

Formulate and execute test plans to verify that automated systems adhere to performance

and safety standards; validate system functionality and make necessary adjustments.

Offer continuous maintenance and support for automated systems; troubleshoot and resolve

issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance of automation systems with relevant industry standards and safety

regulations.

Proficient in XPath, CSS, methods, and Test Metrics; adept at applying Object-Oriented

Programming (OOP) concepts.

Engage in Selenium environment setup and possess familiarity with other automation

frameworks.

Extensive experience with ADO and Agile processes.

Preferred experience in API automation and SQL knowledge.

Exhibit strong communication, logical thinking, and analytical skills.

Provide training and mentorship to junior automation engineers or team members on

automation system utilization and upkeep.

Acquainted with test automation frameworks and their integrations with various tools.
