We are seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide support to our senior population! You will be responsible for ensuring that our participants receive the highest level of care possible in the comfort of their own home. We have multiple positions available to aide participants who reside in Concord, Pleasanton, Livermore, Richmond, El Sobrante, and surrounding areas!

Responsibilities:

• Travel to participant(s) home to provide assistance with activities of daily living such as: Personal Care Services: bathing, dressing, toileting, lift, transfer
• Meal Preparation: prepare and clean-up
• Daily Living Services including, but not limited to, laundry and grocery pick-up, wipe down, dusting, take out trash
• Communicate all incidents, injury, or changes in participant’s condition to supervisor; act and respond quickly in case of emergency

Requirements:

• Must have active CNA License from State of CA
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Weekend Availability
• Pass Criminal Background
• Pass Physical - TB Test
• Reliable Vehicle, Driver's License, Auto Insurance
• Pass 4- Panel Drug Test (No THC Testing)
• Smart Phone and Email
