Job Overview :
This position oversees, educates, and empowers workgroups to excel in safety, productivity, and attendance. It sets and maintains high standards for account performance, accuracy, customer satisfaction, organization, communication, teamwork, and safety. This role provides innovative and effective leadership and fosters a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establishes and nurtures positive relationships with employees, management, and customers.
- Facilitates training with new and current staff members.
- Ensures that all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, operating in full compliance with departmental, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
- Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency at all times.
- Develops and promotes a productive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, inter-departmental cooperation, and continuous improvement on all levels.
- Implements employee personal development plans as required to ensure the ongoing professional growth of department personnel.
- Ensures all department employees receive specific and detailed orientation, skills and safety training, necessary materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching to support their continued development.
