Position Overview : As the Home Health Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate many administrative and operational activities of our home health agency, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities :

Managing and mentoring a team which includes the Clinical Manager and Other Department Managers / Supervisors.

Collaborating with other departments to align operational activities with business objectives.

Leading operational projects and change initiatives.

Ensuring compliance and adherence to Health Links core values.

Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.

Manage asset operations, including equipment and software access.

Maintain ownership of contracts, credentials, and licenses.

Guide the survey process and ensure staff development through orientation, continuing education, and evaluations.

Contribute to the formulation of strategic goals and budgets.

Stay informed on industry trends and share insights with the team.

Proven ability to manage teams effectively.

Strong skills in identifying inefficiencies and improving processes.

Proficiency with Google Suite and Excel.

Compensation : Starting at $105,000 - $125,000, annually, DOE

Please Note : This is not a remote position.

Requirements :

Experience in multi-department team management.

Financial literacy and operations expertise.

Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Excellent negotiation and project management abilities.
