Strong growing hospital looking to bring on Director Women's Services! Bonus Incentives, Full Relocation!

The Director will oversee the L&D, OB, and NICU operations at the hospital. 6 LDR rooms, 4 triage beds, 13 OB rooms, and 6 NICU beds. Will oversee approximately 35 FTEs (43 headcount). The NICU is not operating as a NICU but can take non-critical babies that need additional assistance for a brief period. All others are stabilized and transferred out.

• Candidates must have a BSN, at least 5 years in L&D nursing and a minimum of 5 years in a Manager or higher leadership role in Women's Health.
