Job Description About the Team

Join a high-impact team of solution architects at the heart of our enterprise technology ecosystem. The ServiceNow Digital Innovation and Transformation team, part of Digital Technology umbrella, is responsible for the solutioning and design of GTM technologies including our own ServiceNow platform.

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future of our GTM ecosystem. This Senior Solution Architect will bring a blendof strategic leadershipand deep technical expertise to design and drive the architecture for our next-generation GTM solutions. This is a team where engineering excellence, architectural rigor, and problem-solving at scale drive everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Architecture for complex initiatives across the Marketing, Sales, and Partner domains, especially in the lead-to-cash area.

Own and drive the architecture strategy, guiding L1–L3 solution designto ensure alignment with the product roadmap and business processes.

Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable and compliant technology solutions.

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with industry best practices, compliance requirements, and ServiceNow's platform strategy.

Define and enforce architectural standards and ensure solution integrity across programs.

Continuously assess emerging technologies and architecture trends to inform future-state architecture.

Lead architectural reviews, governance processes, and knowledge-sharing sessions across product and engineering teams.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience if preferred.

12+ years of experience across solution architecture, software development, and enterprise systems.

5+ years of experience working with or implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Proven leadership experience in managing and developing architecture or technical teams.

Strong functional and technical knowledge in partner relationship management, lead management, opportunity management, quoting, contracting, and related processes.

Hands-on experience implementing complex sales motionsand partner models.

Demonstrated ability to translate abstract business needs into well-structured system and process architectures.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization

Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving clarity through structured thinking.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $168,900 - $295,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
