\n Location : Clearwater, FL 33765

\n Pay : $19 – $23 per hour (based on experience)

\n Schedule : Monday–Friday

\n Shifts Available : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd\n

\n About the Role

\nWe are seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our manufacturing team in Clearwater. This position focuses on multi-axis lathe work , including Swiss lathes and Index machines . Operators will be responsible for producing high-quality precision components according to specifications and production schedules.\n\n

\n

\n Key Responsibilities \n\n \n\t

• Operate and monitor multi-axis CNC lathes (Swiss and Index equipment)\n\t
• Perform setups, tool changes, and offset adjustments as needed\n\t
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings\n\t
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards\n\t
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized\n
