Cleanster, a leading tech-enabled cleaning services marketplace, connects property managers , short-term rental operators, and commercial buildings with professional cleaning teams. We're expanding rapidly and are looking for driven, high-energy people who can build strategic partnerships with multi-family property groups.
About the Role
As a Regional Partnership Manager, you will build relationships, promote services, and close contracts with multi-family properties. You will be the face of Cleanster to property managers, offering janitorial and cleaning solutions tailored to their needs.
This role requires strong relationship management, consultative sales skills, and a solid understanding of property management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with multi-family property managers and regional leaders.
- Promote Cleanster’s cleaning services based on the official rate card and service scope agreed with multi-family properties.
- Schedule and conduct property visits, presentations, and walkthroughs to showcase Cleanster’s offerings.
- Secure signed property contracts with individual client properties.
- Manage and track your pipeline of opportunities and closed deals using CRM tools.
- Ensure all compliance, documentation, reporting, and billing practices meet multi-family property requirements.
- Collaborate with Cleanster’s operations, onboarding, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Cleanster, maintaining professional conduct aligned with multi-family vendor policies.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within a multi-family’s portfolio.
Qualifications
1+ years of B2B sales or partnership management experience, preferably in property services, facilities management, or real estate sectors.Knowledge of multi-family property operations (multi-family experience highly preferred).Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Highly organized and self-motivated, able to work independently.Willingness to travel regionally (approximately 30–50% travel).Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, or Close.com) and reporting tools.Understanding of compliance requirements in vendor management environments is a plus.What We Offer
