Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $2,316 per week in Keene, NH

Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) Profession : Nursing Specialty : Med Surg Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM Hours per Shift : 12.5 Experience : 2 years Med Surg experience License : New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License Certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) Must-Have : Must be willing to float to other units if needed Description : Coordinates total nursing care for patients. Participates in patient and family teaching. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel. Maintains standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Serves an adult-geriatric patient population. Dress code includes professional scrubs without logos. Experience with electronic medical records is required. Travelers must have their own vehicle for transportation. All medical and occupational health compliance items must be completed within five days of offer acceptance. Any requests for time off must be included in the profile for consideration. Travelers may be required to care for patients in lower acuity settings with ratios of up to 9 : 1. Weekend and holiday coverage is required.
