ASAP START DATE $80 bill rate if RTO is being requested The bill rate has increased to $85 per hour with the stipulation that they have to work through the holidays. No time off on / around Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year. The mask must cover both nose and mouth during the influenza season when present at Mercy facilities....
