This position is with Coastal Luxury RE Inc aka Bambace Peterson Team. In this role you will be employed by the Bambace Peterson Team that hangs its real estate license with Compass.
We are looking for someone to be part of the team and collaborate to provide our clients the best possible luxury experience. In this team environment, we are looking for an engaged team player that is looking to be part of our company culture and something bigger than just an individual sales agent. This is a salaried position that is based on a 40-hour work week and not sales-commission driven. While hours do offer some flexibility, weekend work will also be required.
As a Real Estate Field and Listings Support Agent, you will be integral to success and growth of our high touch luxury real estate team. This role provides the opportunity to get in-depth real estate experience and fast track a future real estate career. Specific Programs, Responsibilities and Tasks
- Work with Team Leads to Prepare Listings for Market
Work with Team Leads to keep updated on new listing leads and timing
Attend pre-market inspections and facilitate access for third party vendorsBe present at inspectionsGather reports and provide a summary of reports to share with Team, clients, and Operations.Attend future Buyer inspections as neededShow Team ListingsRepresent team listings for showings, tours, open houses and professionally present them to buyers, other agents and their clients
Solicit buyer feedback and record and track for listingsAdd new Buyer Leads from Open Houses to CRMAttend client meetings as necessaryShow Buyers PropertiesEngage with the teams' new buyers and cultivate those contacts into clients
Seamlessly work with existing buyer clients as an extension of the team leaders / team membersTrack and log buyer feedback across properties to tune preferences and property matchesShow buyers properties throughout the end to end buying processEngage in other buyer processes, such as inspectionsTeam Listing Maintenance and ServicingSolicit feedback from showings and maintain showing logs in Business Tracker
Routine listing servicing that includes checking on property status and the ensuring the necessary cleaning of inside and outside of the homeAdditional Team ProjectsFrom time to time, additional projects to the teams' growth will be worked on.

Professionally represent the Bambace Peterson Team in the community amongst prospective clients, other agents, vendors and partnersActively work to serve as an ambassador for the region and community-at-large when prospects are looking to buy real estate in the areaOngoing Personal GrowthLearn, master and leverage the Compass technology software platform and tools to maximize the customer experience
Continue education in Compass platform through the Agent Academy lessons and daily useAttend Weekly team meetings, Weekly Carmel sales meetings and other important company meetings as scheduledMaintain and grow knowledge on the market and real estate practicesAttend Weekly MCAR Broker Tour (as schedule allows)Follow processes and checklists for client engagement and communicationsWhat is Necessary
