A services organization in New York City is currently seeking licensed Physician, with a FamilyMedicine background, to join their staff in Manhattan. About the Opportunity : Specialty : Primary Care Patient Population : Mainly adults Schedule : Monday to Friday (4 days clinical work and 1 day admin) Hours : Standard business (35 hour work week) Call Schedule : Minimal Responsibilities : The Family Medicine Physician will : Performhistory and physical assessments as indicated by his / her specialty area Provideservices in accordance with generally acceptable standards of medical practice Developa plan of treatment / care for the patient that also includes education and follow-up visits Makereferrals, as indicated by the needs of the patient Communicatewith other healthcare providers related to diagnosis, treatment and plan for the patient either verbally and / or through documentation in the medical record Maintaincurrent and complete documentation in the medical record that reflects the care and services provided to the patient Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications : Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York Board Eligible / Certified Family and / or Internal Medicine background Experience in a FQHC, Outpatient and / or Primary Care setting Your privacy is important to us.
