The Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team at Way. This individual will work directly with our COO and cross-functional teams to own internal reporting, lead analytical deep-dives, and help Way scale more effectively. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem-solver with strong business intuition and a bias for action. This is a high-visibility role with significant ownership across strategic operations, revenue operations, internal tooling, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the COO to support high-priority strategic and operational initiatives
- Own internal performance metrics and reporting infrastructure across departments
- Build and maintain internal databases to ensure high-quality, scalable business intelligence
- Lead deep-dive analyses to inform decision-making across product, ops, and customer success
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend scalable, data-backed solutions
- Design frameworks to track key company KPIs and strategic objectives
- Partner cross-functionally to implement dashboards and streamline access to insights
- Take on high-impact projects with little guidance and see them through from idea to execution
Revenue Operations Focus
Build automations and workflows in HubSpot to improve efficiency and reduce manual workConnect systems across the GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Planhat, SaaSGrid, etc.) to ensure seamless data flowDevelop dashboards and tooling to provide visibility into pipeline health, customer metrics, and revenue performanceImprove data quality across CRM and operational systems to enable reliable reporting and forecastingPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to continuously improve GTM processes and ensure alignmentSupport leadership with ad hoc analysis and insights to guide revenue growth strategiesWhat We’re Looking For
3-5 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, investment banking, high-growth startups, or similarStrong analytical foundation with experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and internal BI toolsAbility to independently structure complex problems and communicate insights clearlyDemonstrated self-starter with grit, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownershipComfortable operating with minimal direction in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools is a plusHands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools preferredPrior experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or hospitality & travel is a plus, but not requiredWhy Join Way?
