Responsibilities :

• Manage fund and general partner ledgers, including quarterly expenses, accruals, intercompany activity, investment transactions, and partner allocations.
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Support annual audits and tax filings.
• Monitor cash position for assigned funds.
• Calculate, record, and process fund and investment capital calls and distributions.
• Partner with Investor Relations to respond to limited partner inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver ad-hoc analyses and reports.
