As a Security Professional - Flex Financial Desk in Norcross, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, supporting security-related protocols and delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Schedule : Thursday, 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM
What You'll Do
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, employees, and / or clients at the front desk with a professional and courteous presenceMonitor access to the location, verify credentials and maintain visitor logs as required by site-specific policiesCarry out security-related procedures in accordance with location guidelines and Allied Universal standardsRespond to incidents and critical situations calmly, escalating issues as appropriateCommunicate clearly with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security mattersAssist with emergency response activities as directed by site-specific protocolsSupport a welcoming environment while helping deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity at the front deskWhat We're Looking For
