As a Security Professional - Flex Financial Desk in Norcross, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, supporting security-related protocols and delivering outstanding customer service.

Pay Rate : $21.56 / Hour

Job Schedule : Thursday, 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and / or clients at the front desk with a professional and courteous presence
  • Monitor access to the location, verify credentials and maintain visitor logs as required by site-specific policies
  • Carry out security-related procedures in accordance with location guidelines and Allied Universal standards
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, escalating issues as appropriate
  • Communicate clearly with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security matters
  • Assist with emergency response activities as directed by site-specific protocols
  • Support a welcoming environment while helping deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity at the front desk

    • Minimum Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • CPR certification is preferred
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state / local laws and may be required prior to employment
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
