This role is field-based and candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city. Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience. This geography covers Fargo, Sioux Falls, Bismarck and the surrounding areas. The role involves executing brand strategy and tactics in field, sales performance, managing assigned territory and targeted accounts, building strong customer relationships, and solving customer needs to maximize short and long term sales performance.
Responsibilities include delivering sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives. It also involves creating pre-call plans and executing post-call evaluations to improve sales performance, handling objections, and building trusted customer relationships.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience. Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical / health / science industry is preferred. The role requires a proven track record of success in selling, strong presentation skills, and the ability to influence others.
An essential requirement of your position is to satisfy all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain and maintain entry into facilities and organizations that are in your assigned territory.
Key stakeholders include specialty physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and others depending on the therapeutic brand area. Internal stakeholders include in-field team members, sales management, marketing management, training, customer excellence, and brand plan stakeholders.
The compensation range for this role is $78,500 - $192,500. The company offers a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k). This job is eligible to participate in the company's short-term incentive programs.
