Human Resources Consultant for MVP Program Must be at WHQ Beaverton for Hybrid 4 : 1 schedule 10 months Lead talent reviews and planning sessions with rotation managers and / or senior leaders to ensure strategic alignment, effective development and seamless transition of talent into suitable rotations and full time roles Gather feedback from MVP talent (both formal and informal) and use feedback to inform talent management strategies and decisions.
