Mailroom Clerk

Johnson Service Group is searching for a Mailroom Clerk to join our team at our client site located in the UNCC area of Charlotte, NC. This role is budgeted for 3 years. This person will perform 10-Key data entry, open/sort mail payments using a mail sorting machine, and break down by payment type.

This position has opportunities for overtime hours and will work Monday-Friday 4am-12:30pm.

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Requires basic computer skills and the ability to work independently with exceptional 10-key accuracy
  • There is a 10-key assessment that is required for all applicants
• Must be able to research and reconcile customer payment information
• Must be reliable and have excellent attendance

The selected candidates will be W2 employees of Johnson Service Group, Inc. and will have access to health, vision, and dental benefits if they are elected. This role pays $16.50/hour for all hours up to 40 and $24.75/hour for all hours above 40 in a week.
