Marketing Specialist Opportunity

Colliers Engineering & Design is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to take the lead on high-stakes proposals, drive business development initiatives, and act as a strategic partner across the organization. In this role, you'll own high-value pursuits, mentor and inspire team members, and collaborate directly with firm leadership to win new projects and elevate our presence in the market. Responsibilities :

• Lead development and execution of proposals, qualifications, SF330s, and presentations for standard and high-priority pursuits.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate and persuasive proposal content.
• Lead creation and continuous improvement of marketing collateral and materials including resumes, project sheets, case studies, qualifications, pursuit graphics, and award submissions.
• Write and edit project narratives, staff bios / resumes, and cover letters tailored to client requirements and differentiated from competitors.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all materials.
• Serve as a strategic resource and asset to project teams, providing marketing expertise and guidance.
• Drive process improvements to enhance proposal quality, efficiency, and win rates.
• Conduct market intelligence research and competitive analysis to help inform go / no-go decisions and win strategies as required.
• Manage and update opportunity tracking in CRM / Unanet and maintain marketing databases as required.

Qualifications :

Compensation : $63,030 to $77,550 per year (depending on qualifications)
