Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to join the HR team and directly support the organization's ambitious hiring needs. Reporting to the HR Director, this role will partner closely with hiring managers to manage 20–40 requisitions at a time across diverse functions, including engineering (mechanical, electrical), construction, IT, commissioning, and skilled trades. This individual will lead the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to closing candidates. They will also provide support in compliance (OFCCP, state job boards) and onboarding. This is a high-urgency environment, ideal for someone who thrives on juggling multiple priorities and has the ability to pivot quickly.

Location : Ashburn, VA (onsite Monday–Thursday; remote on Fridays)

Compensation : $65,000 – $95,000

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
• Manage 20–40 requisitions simultaneously across a variety of technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top talent quickly.
• Source passive candidates through creative outreach strategies; build strong talent pipelines.
• Screen, interview, and manage candidates through the hiring process, ensuring strong closing skills.
• Oversee relationships with staffing agencies, ensuring submissions are routed through the ATS and processes are followed.
