This position is ideal for a mid-level learning technology professional to join the Global Learning Experience team as a Talent Technologist. This role is responsible for managing and enhancing learning technologies and driving technology initiatives for Global Talent Systems and Solutions. Partnering with IT, HR, and other cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders, you'll provide strategic and operational value by enabling high-impact learning and development experiences through the effective management of talent platforms, data integrity, and technology innovation. By aligning learning solutions with enterprise priorities, supporting global talent initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance, this role drives workforce capability, organizational agility, and continuous improvement across the business.
Role expectations
- Be a member of the Global Learning Experience team responsible for the development of the Align platform and other learning solutions.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend learning and development platforms, tools, and systems that support Global Learning Experience.
- Define and implement data collection and transformation logic to process, cleanse, audit, and ensure data integrity.
- Execute application changes, including updates, configuration, and data refresh in testing environments, while minimizing disruption to operations.
- Stay informed about emerging HR technology trends and innovations and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Partner with regional Talent Partners and Global Talent Experience to inform decisions related to talent development and technology.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, workflows, and methodologies used in report generation and application processes.
- Administer and provide support for the Learning Management System (LMS) and other platforms as needed.
- Actively contribute to the Governance Council by attending meetings, participating in initiatives, and providing subject-matter expertise to support organizational governance processes.
- Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders of develop@align to drive strategic alignment, inform decision-making, and support enterprise-wide priorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
- Develop and run Workato recipes to automate integrations and processes within Docebo Connect.
What we're looking for
Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or similar field preferredExperience : 5 or more years of hands-on experience as a primary administrator or lead with Learning Management System (LMS) or similar cloud-based application; advanced data analysis and visualization; system configuration and integration, release cycle management, data integrity, audit readiness, and support.Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in database querying using SQL; ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions; ability to master the use of new digital tools and technologies.Communication : Clear and effective communication in both written and face-to-faceTeamwork : A love for teamwork and collaboration, balanced with an ability to be self-directed when required.Complementary skills :
Operate and manage vendor-developed APIs, with the ability to identify and execute the appropriate APIs to support business functions and ensure successful outcomes.Proficiency in WorkatoProficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and MS AccessTechnical writingPay Transparency
If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically.
For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.
Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
