Job descriptionDeliver hands-on respiratory care in critical care units including ICU, CCU, Emergency Department, and Med / Surg Work side-by-side with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-focused care plans Assist with treatments, assessments, and documentation of respiratory therapy services Gain experience with leading-edge respiratory equipment and protocols Learn and grow with guidance from experienced respiratory therapists and clinical mentors Completion of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program (Certification level) Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License (MARTL) or eligibility CRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) (or pending) CPR Certification Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for weekends and holidays as needed Supportive environment with mentorship and hands-on training Exposure to a variety of patient populations and healthcare settings Opportunity to develop and advance clinical skills from day one
