We are currently seeking a highly accountable and experienced
- Project Manager
- to oversee all technical aspects of our heavy civil and concrete projects—from initial planning through successful completion.
- Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, industry practices, QA / QC policies, and performance standards
- Communicate daily with clients to understand their needs and represent them effectively in the field
- Perform quality control on project deliverables, including budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance
- Assign responsibilities across the project team and provide mentorship and guidance
- Collaborate with Capstone Structures Management and other stakeholders to provide technical support and ensure project alignment
- Review engineering documents and initiate corrective actions as needed
- Qualifications & Skills
- Proven five-year experience as a Project Manager in engineering or heavy civil / concrete
- Strong leadership and project supervision skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, etc.)
- Thorough understanding of construction regulations, industry standards, and best practices
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
