Position Profile
A Tax Senior Manager works closely with firm leadership and plays a key role in business development and team development. The ideal candidate is a CPA with 7+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning and consulting at a public accounting firm. This role serves a variety of clients in multiple industries, including private‑equity‑backed clients, large businesses, and high‑net‑worth individuals, and involves tax planning, preparation, entity structuring, wealth preservation, and family succession consulting.

Compensation and Benefits
In the California, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York Metropolitan areas, the compensation range for this position is $141,000 to $290,000, depending on experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Weaver offers competitive health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Additional benefits include flexible scheduled time off, a minimum of 56 hours of sick and safe leave, 11 holidays, and 2 scheduled recharge days.
