As Senior Associate / Product Manager Inclusive Communications Capabilities (Alternate Formats), you'll define tools and workflows that ensure marketing materials are accessible, compliant, and equitable. This role is central to enabling scalable, inclusive communications that support health equity, regulatory compliance, and member trust. This role supports the development of alternate format capabilities, including Braille, large print, audio, and other accessible formats. You'll collaborate with compliance, operations, and vendor teams to ensure accessibility standardssuch as ADA, Section 508, and CMS guidelinesare consistently met across all marketing channels.

Pay Range : The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $104,000 - $143,000 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
