• Shift : 12-hour night shifts (18 : 30 - 07 : 00)\n

• Patient Ratio : 1 : 2 (ICU) or 1 : 3 (Step Down)\n
• EMR System : Medhost\n
• Scrub Color : Black\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Active Arizona RN license (or compact state license for Arizona nursing jobs)\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience in a hospital or acute care setting\n
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)\n
• NIH Stroke Certification required\n
• Preferred experience with Impella and IABP devices\n
• Ability to float to step-down or other hospital units as needed\n\nICU Nurse Responsibilities\n
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress using Medhost EMR\n
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate advanced life support equipment\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records\n
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards\n
