Cardiology - Interventional Physician

Interventional Cardiologist Opportunity in Farmington, MO

BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join the expanding cardiology team at Parkland Health Center in Farmington, Missouri. This full-time opportunity offers mentorship from experienced physicians, state-of-the-art facilities, and an exceptional work-life balance with no after-hours STEMI call. Located just 90 minutes from St. Louis, Farmington provides a vibrant community with outdoor activities and a welcoming environment for families and professionals alike.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide both inpatient and outpatient cardiology care at Parkland Health Center.
• Perform cardiac catheterizations, PCI, CardioMEMS, and peripheral vascular procedures.
• Enjoy a newly renovated cath lab with dedicated procedural time.
• Participate in a 1 : 4 call schedule (one night per week and one weekend per month; minimal call-backs).
• Work alongside a supportive team of 2 Interventional Cardiologists, 1 Invasive Cardiologist, and 2 experienced APPs.
• Optionally perform device / pacemaker implantations (a plus but not required).
• Utilize EPIC EMR for clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the BJC Medical Group Cardiac Service Line for coordinated care.
• Participate in program development and community outreach initiatives.
• Benefit from excellent mentorship for recent fellowship graduates.
• Not accepting Locums candidates.
• Open to visa candidates.
• BE in 2026 (preferred) and 2027 Interventional Cardiology Fellows welcomed.
• Not open to 1099 candidates.
