You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Leading global internal and executive communication strategies.
• Aligning messaging with business purpose, values, brand, and strategy.
• Creating compelling employee experiences through digital tools and events.
• Providing strategic counsel to senior leaders.
• Partnering with HR, Marketing, and IT on integrated messaging.
• Measuring communication effectiveness for continuous improvement.
• Managing a high-performing team and external partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
• Extensive experience in Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or Branding.
• Experience designing and executing communication strategies and creating employee engagement communications.
• Ability to measure communication effectiveness.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
