What experience and education is needed for this role :

Will consider a high-level Director, Chief Pharmacy Officer, Division / Market Director, VP of Pharmacy

Executive-level leadership experience and executive presence to be able to lead the team and build strategic relationship with executive team.

Additional Information :

25-35% Travel Required for the Role

Position is based out of Las Vegas, NV

Facilities : 3 in Las Vegas (Sunrise Hospital, Mountainview, Southern Hills) & 3 in California (Los Robles Regional, Riverside, Regional Medical)

of FTEs : 6 DOP's, 4 Division Team Members

Culture of the Division : Looking to rebuild a high performing team to advance clinical and pharmacy excellence. Wants to be best Pharm Team in HCA
